Independent advice from someone who genuinely cares.

Most people make the biggest financial decision of their lives without proper, independent advice. They borrow what a bank is willing to lend, or trust a comparison site to do the thinking for them. Nobody explains the small print, or checks whether the deal actually fits their life.

Urvashi founded UBM Financial Services to change that. After over a decade working in financial services, she saw the gap first-hand — and built a practice around filling it. Independent advice, every time. No bank bias. No commission-chasing. Just honest guidance from someone who puts your interests first.

Today she works with first-time buyers finding their feet, families protecting what matters most, and investors building portfolios — all from Leicester, but covering clients across the UK.

Fees

Transparent pricing.

For mortgage advice, we charge a fixed fee — typically £600, depending on the complexity of your case. You'll know this upfront. There are no surprises, no hidden charges.

For protection products, we're paid commission by the insurance providers. We always recommend based on what's right for you, not what pays us most. We're open about how we're paid — just ask.
